The next morning we went back to the Mosque to have a look on the inside - it was magnificent! Italian marble, English stained glass and gold leaf. That big gold dome isn't solid, it's actually stained glass that lets in the most beautiful light to the inside of the mosque. If you look at the pic above closely, you can see Jen on the steps (dressed in her most conservative outfit on the whole trip!)
